It's more
than a number, it's the key to great AUTOTEST service. James Sullens,
Customer Service Manager for AUTOTEST, would like to request that all
customers call (210) 661-8661 prior to sending materials requiring service. During the
call, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number
will be assigned to the shipment. This number should then be clearly written on the carton
so that when it arrives at AUTOTEST, it won't be a "surprise"
package. When we complete the service work, we'll return the shipment using the same
number. If a customer wishes to call and check on service progress, the RMA number is once
again the key.
AUTOTEST wants to process and complete your service work in a most timely manner - an RMA number helps everyone concerned.
