Chuck did spend the weekend away from home and not for the first time. Fortunately, AUTOTEST customers don't have problems often. But when something does go wrong, our people are ready to help customers minimize their downtime, even at the expense of their personal time.

We recognize that when you get down to the bottom line, all Automatic Test Equipment does essentially the same thing. Of course, we believe our tester does it better and more reliably at the most reasonable price. But the most critical factor to our customers can be how quickly the vendor responds when their operation is threatened by a shutdown. By committing to a 24 hour turnaround on critical components and by making our field services available 7 days a week on short notice, AUTOTEST provides that extra level of insurance that keeps our customers operating.
