AUTOTEST is a conservative, engineering-driven company with a strong belief in dependability, reliability and consistency from both a product and people standpoint. We are not a flashy, gimmicky, gizmo-oriented company. AUTOTEST is committed to the customer through careful attention to specific power supply related test issues and genuine, useful innovative advances. One area in which AUTOTEST is uniquely different lies in the fact that we have standardized on a basic form factor for the design of all models of our test equipment. Because of a consistent product architecture, AUTOTEST is able to take the latest developments in technology and not only offer them to today's customer, but also offer expandability to existing customers with field "upgrade-able" equipment. This continuity and compatibility of product proves AUTOTEST does not abandon previous customers when new technology is developed. A look at the electronics industry in general shows AUTOTEST has a longer life of compatibility than most hi-tech applications, and specifically, more than our competitors.
Service Philosophy
In terms of service, AUTOTEST supports customers well beyond the product warranty period. As a matter of fact, support is never-ending. Our published warranty and service policy represent the minimum service our customers can expect and the maximum they can expect to pay for it. As a part of our commitment, we provide follow-up training at no charge for the life of the system. Additionally, AUTOTEST adheres to an "open contact" policy. Any customer or agent can call anyone at AUTOTEST for assistance and advice (@ No Charge). Not only can the AUTOTEST customers get service on the telephone. AUTOTEST Factory Field Service personnel are always available to help where possible. It is not uncommon at all for an AUTOTEST Technician to willingly surrender his weekend to help a desperate customer. AUTOTEST Customers from the U.S. Navy to a PCB contract house all receive the Best Customer treatment they deserve. To Field Service, all AUTOTEST customers are Best Customers.
Engineering Philosophy
AUTOTEST invests heavily in our Engineering Expertise with some of the most talented testing engineers in the industry. As a part of the AUTOTEST Service philosophy, the Engineering Department is as strong in Applications Engineering as it is in Hardware and Software Engineering. AUTOTEST prides itself in the expertise available within its departments in Power Product Manufacturing and Testing. As a standard portion of its business, AUTOTEST provides complete Turn-Key solutions to the Power Products industry. Not only does AUTOTEST provide application programs and fixtures for its products with the sale, but are happy to continue providing these solutions long after the sale. In fact, AUTOTEST has customers who only know how to operate their testers. AUTOTEST has been their Test Engineering Department form the very first sale.
